Your Role:

Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options.
Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team.
Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans.
Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth scheduling to optimize chair time.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions.

About You:

Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required.
Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required.
Experience with dental software programs is required.
Strong customer service experience.
